Andrizo Foundation was established by James deMelo while working as the Men’s Pastor at Covenant Church in 2014. Due to its internal success and subsequent growth beyond the walls/programming of the church, the time has come for further expansion. We seek financial backing to acquire land and facilities to introduce the life-changing message and experience of the intensives to an even greater audience.

To facilitate the goals and objectives (listed previously) for the next five years, the Andrizo Foundation is currently raising $3 million. This will primarily be to purchase land and facilities, develop the proper infrastructure and personnel for events and to contract resources needed for marketing materials and social media content and strategy.

The foundation was formed in 2014 through the already established non-profit, James deMelo Ministries (1993). James has 30 plus years in ministry, with the last 15 years focused mainly on the development of men. James is the creator and founder of The Return, Young Man’s Return, Heroes Return, The Awakening and The Mantle – four-day retreat style intensives emphasizing Godly masculinity. Over 8,000 lives have been transformed through these intensives so far. The curriculum has been or is currently being translated into Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and Turkish. The foundation currently employs two full-time employees, has recruited hundreds of volunteers and operates under the spiritual covering of its board of directors.
